Hey everyone just checking in. Not much going on here recently, just the same ole stuff. We started the second half of the semester this past week and I now have cornrows. Thats pretty much everything that is new. I just needed a change because I have had pretty much the same hair for 3 years and I am bored. Anyways I am not sure if anyone actually reads this blog so if you could leave a small message or comment that would be awesome so I can see that I am not just writing to myself.

Of course I read it! I think since you didn't keep it up for a while - people may not check as often. I think you'll really appreciate this after you're back in the US to see what you were doing while in Japan.

Hey Richie, Thanks for your blog! Ten years later and my daughter is in ihouse and I was looking for the address - and you kindly added it to your blog. I went to Fukuoka in 2007 as a mature student on an exchange programme and the experience has stayed with me. I hope it's the same for you.
